Site Manager

If you are looking for a rewarding career in the construction industry, Cornerstone Construction Management, Inc. (CCMI) may have the ideal position for you. As a Site Manager, your responsibilities would include:

  • Supervision, organization, planning and scheduling of the physical execution of the project.
  • Provide leadership and direction of field personal and supervise subcontractors in a positive, proactive manner.
  • Monitor the schedule and maintain 2-week look-ahead schedule.
  • Maintain ‘‘as built” documents. 
  • Meet with inspectors, maintain inspection cards and resolve inspection issues.
  • Weekly subcontractor meetings covering schedules and safety.
  • Communicate with CCMI regarding progress and provide progress photos on a weekly basis.
  • Show understanding and proactive response to owners’ needs both on the job site and with their staff, through clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Successful completion of the project.

Our team of on-site managers works closely with CCMI to ensure all construction projects are completed on time, within budget and without safety issues.
